Bailey Camp SUVCW JROTC/ROTC support
One of the major projects of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War and its associated camps is to recognize and support high school Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) and College Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) activities. Here are JROTC and ROTC units in the area covered by the Joseph Bailey Camp: Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto and Webster parishes in Northwest Louisiana and Harrison, Marion, Panola and Shelby counties in East Texas, and Miller, Lafayette and Columbia counties in southern Arkansas.
